Asvin Sivarasa is a Miami native, earning his undergraduate degree in International
Marketing and Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. Asvin’s enjoys working with
entrepreneurs, business owners, and closely held companies on a wide range of legal and business matters.
Asvin’s practice includes commercial litigation, as well as transactional and advisory services relating to contracts, trademarks, evictions, and general business law. His experience across both litigation and transactional matters provides him with a well-rounded perspective, allowing him to help clients proactively mitigate risk and efficiently resolve disputes when they arise.
As a first-generation American with parents that migrated from Sri Lanka, Asvin has a
