About Asvin Sivarasa
Asvin Sivarasa is a Miami native who earned his undergraduate degree in International Marketing and Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. He enjoys working with entrepreneurs, business owners, and closely held companies on a wide range of legal and business matters.
Asvin’s practice includes commercial litigation, as well as transactional and advisory services relating to contracts, trademarks, evictions, and general business law. His experience across litigation and transactional matters provides a well-rounded perspective, allowing him to help clients proactively mitigate risk and efficiently resolve disputes when they arise.
As a first-generation American whose parents migrated from Sri Lanka, Asvin has a strong appreciation for entrepreneurship and the challenges new business owners face at every stage of growth.
