Public-form limitation: The consultation form is intended for basic, non-confidential information only. It does not accept documents. The Firm may provide a separate intake process after an initial review.

Information Collected Automatically
The website host and form-processing provider may process technical information such as an Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, and security signals needed to operate and protect the website. Campaign attribution parameters may be retained when they are present in a website address.
How Information May Be Used
- To respond to a consultation or information request.
- To conduct an initial fit and conflict review.
- To provide requested firm updates.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal, ethical, recordkeeping, and security obligations.
Public Forms and Confidential Information
Submitting information through a public form does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not mean the Firm has agreed to represent you. Do not submit privileged, highly confidential, sensitive, or time-critical information. Representation begins only after the Firm completes its review and enters into an appropriate written engagement agreement.
Service Providers
The Firm may use service providers for website hosting, form processing, email delivery, security, and business operations. Those providers may process information as needed to provide their services, subject to their agreements and applicable requirements. The current public website does not expose a client portal or accept public document uploads.
Analytics and Advertising
Advertising pixels and audience-tracking technologies are disabled in the current production candidate. If the Firm later enables analytics or advertising technology, this notice should be reviewed and updated before activation.
Security and Retention
The Firm uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No website or electronic transmission is completely secure. Information may be retained as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to a request, maintain business records, comply with professional obligations, prevent abuse, or as otherwise permitted by law.
Firm Updates
A person who requests firm updates may ask to stop receiving them at any time by contacting the Firm. Transactional or legally required communications are not marketing messages.
Your Choices
You may ask the Firm to update contact information, stop non-required marketing communications, or address a question about information submitted through the website. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, ethical, security, or recordkeeping reasons.
