About Ben Koon
Ben Koon focuses on corporate and commercial litigation. He represents businesses and individuals in contract, ownership, and commercial disputes, and advises companies in regulated industries.
Ben has negotiated multimillion-dollar settlements for his clients. He also drafts and negotiates contracts, with attention to who is responsible for what and what happens when something goes wrong.
Ben graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a degree in finance and earned his J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law. In law school, he served in student leadership roles and received the “Most Business Acumen Award” in the International Trade Transactions course.
