Peyton Pipes represents companies and their owners in financings, acquisitions, contracts, and regulatory matters.
Peyton has overseen tens of millions of dollars in transactions and financings, including capital raises, institutional credit facilities, acquisitions, and major exits. He has also served as chief legal officer and in-house counsel for operating companies, working directly with owners and executives.
His practice covers capital raises and fund formation, business acquisitions and due diligence, commercial contracts, licensing, federal and state reporting obligations, trademark and copyright matters, regulatory compliance, and internal disputes. He also handles civil litigation.
Peyton has represented small and mid-sized businesses in manufacturing, home services, construction, real estate, finance, agriculture, food and beverage, alcohol, health care, and life sciences. He also has investor-side experience evaluating legal and compliance risk in acquisitions and capital transactions.
Peyton earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
