How is fractional general counsel billed?

The firm’s litigation attorneys can take the case in Florida state or federal court. A lawsuit is scoped and billed separately from the monthly fee.
Is this only for small companies?
No. Size matters less than how often you need a lawyer. It fits any company with regular legal needs and no full-time in-house lawyer.
